Branding My Life

The sum of my experience has become a branded image seering through all that I percieve.
Claiming ownership, dominion, absolute control.
There are times I have relived the scarring.
There are times it is as if places, people, situations continue to burn themselves deeper into who I am.
It is these times I am paralyzed, captivated by my own pain, in complete submission to the iron as it's twisted symbol pushes it's way deeper through my skin.
